Breakfast on the go

Saturday, September 08, 2012

Today was the second day of Japanese school for the year. We had to be out of the house by 8:30 to get there. I did the hard thing and made eggs and spinach for breakfast this morning. I didn't wimp out and go the easy way. It was tempting but I didn't do it. Good for me!

Now to get to the point where making eggs and spinach for breakfast is a habit and not an optional thing...

Great job. Do you have any egg casserole recipes that you could prep the night before and just bake in the morning? By the time you'd be out of the shower, it could be ready to eat.

Japanese school is a language school where we go and spend three hours on a Saturday morning to learn Japanese.

We aren't Japanese, but I thought it would be cool to learn another language and I convinced my family to go along. So now we all spend our Saturday mornings learning Japanese.

I have the same problem with making the time in my already eatly schedule to get up and make breakfast. Good luck.
By the way, what is Japanese school?
