rookie running mistakes

this week was full of foolish things i did.
without hydration, and having to cut my run short. on my 7 mile run, i ran over half of it on a trail, and i haven't done hardly any trail running...it was much harder, so i walked about a mile. running mid day when it's the hottest (it's been cool in the mornings, so i kinda forget how much it heats up later). i've had equipment malfunctions.
on the up side, i've learned a lot. i choose to take the view that i'm eliminating possibilities, and honing in on what will make me
-ready next month.
tomorrow starts a new week, full of chances to get it right. and eliminate more possibilities.
