    Read your intro and I feel you. I am old now and I have been fighting being over weight even in my teen years. I know how you feel bout trying to find a way to losing weight. Read my info on my page and you will see how far I have really went to lose wight. When it comes down to it the key is change your lifestyle little by little . Then finding a food plan that you can live with the rest of your life. The exercise is so, so important. I found that if we can keep moving as much as possible then things will go well. It is when we set too long and not too active that's when what we eat goes to fat, even if it is healthy food. In the end old fashion portion size and food control and being very active ALL your life is the answer. The mind needs to be reset to good habits. That takes time and there will be down falls, but keep trying never give up. i have been doing CDs that kinda does a brain washing technique that helps you replace bad habits with good fat losing habits. It really is helping me. It makes you want to keep on that HEALTHY lifestyle, the OLD Fashion way to lose weight.
