    I eat between 1200-1500 calories a day. It was early in the day that day, so I hadn't eaten much yet. 3mph is my general speed. Walking really isn't a big deal for me, since I walk ALL of the time at work. I have meal shakes that I drink everynow and then. I am on a healthy diet. Sorry if it seemed otherwise in this video. I eat 3 meals a day, with snacks in between. And they are healthy. I drink mainly only water now.

    WoW! /don't over do on that working out. You might not want to go the next day.I am glad you are taking the vit. Since you have decided to workout at a gym think about drinking a low calorie protein drink before and after the workout. this will feed your muscles and you will recover better for the next workout. Protein seems to knock down the craving for sweets and cuts the urge to overeat later on that day. Sounds like you are really off to a fast pace start. Remember this is a life change. So, need to be doing things that we intend to do for the rest of our lives, with a little changes here and there as we get older. Best of luck to you. Congrats on the weight lost. Watch about eating too low of a calorie count per day because you will put your body into a starvation mode. the your body will start to conserve fat instead of burn it.

    Good job! Make sure that you're eating, though, even if you're not hungry. Especially with all the workout you did, just rice at lunch isn't a good idea.
