The Streak-day 1

Today, I got a late start again! I apparently slept through two of my three alarms after waking up halfway through the night...Oh, well. I'm working on getting back on a regular schedule for sleeping, not only because it helps with weight loss, but because I like to sleep emoticon So, I had to skip my workout. My goal every day is to get the workout out of the way first, that way I won't be too tired to do it later. I had to run some errands and catch a ride with my dad. That all went pretty well, plus I got to get some groceries on him! That helps so much, even though I didn't get everything I needed. I have limited driving privilege again, so I'll be able to make a weekly grocery trip.
After the errands, I made it home and didn't even put off working out! I was actually looking forward to some Tai Chi. I'm starting to like it, even though I'm still working on the fluid and graceful part emoticon Its very relaxing and energizing, which helps with my anxiety issues. I'm switching to a new strength training routine next week just to keep things interesting, too. I did my workout & stayed within my calorie range today, so day 1 is done! emoticon
I'll do it again tomorrow!

    Sounds like you're doing really good. Seems that you're coming up with some potential solutions (getting your dad to take you to the grocery store and doing some runs yourself, as well as some exercise you enjoy and is helpful). Keep up the good work!
