Balancing isn't easy... at all

Job hunting is going great. I applied at Dick's sporting and the lady I handed my resume actually goes to my church. Then I put in my resume at Joanne's fabrics, bought some stuff, and came back with a return. When I came back the manager joked around with me a little and said she was "looking forward" to seeing me again after she looks over my application.
But Josh has been off the last two days so before we got the kids from school both days he's wanted some him and I time. But apparently that didn't include gym time. Since we're on a budget, it's what we already have in the fridge. When you don't have meat or veggies left, ramen is what you get. So eating healthy was blown away with the budget wind until his paycheck finally hit the bank an hour ago.
So the points system was not allowed in our house the last two days. I did what I could off of it but I did not stay in my cal ranges (I did try though), Josh time trumped gym time (I'm sneaking out tonight though), and losing weight was at the bottom of my responsibilities time.
My mother in love (wonderful woman that she is) sent me a Joanne's card that she received from someone else. So I used some wire I already had and bought some ribbon and made this
Josh shaped the jumprings for me and I crafted the pattern. We also made some home made clasps
so hopefully I can try selling at a craft fair here.
And if I get the job at Joanne's I can get this stuff at a discount price :)
My goal is to be able to work part time and do this the rest of the 40 hours each week. If it's God's plan yay... if it's not I will be ok... but pouty ;p
