Sweating like a maniac, but feeling great!

So I finally did it...I chose a 20 min cardio vid today instead of the usual 10 min one. Although it was intense, I was very pleasantly surprised that I was able to keep up. It is amazing how quickly the body becomes more physically fit with just 10 mins of exercise each day for a couple of weeks. When I initially started doing the videos a couple wks ago, I could hardly keep up, so I am very motivated by today's results. Happy Friday peeps:-)
