getting back to it

I was able to get on the treadmil and walk/jog for 30 mins making 1.79 miles. Without my foot hurting though I have my feet prompt up now just in case. I really wanted to go crawl in bed and take a nap (was up all night with Dax having major meltdowns and also had to stay at school for 45 mins helping calm him down to stop trying to bite everyone lovely ) but I was like I can actually get some exercise in with babies taking a nap or I can sleep and get nothing done. I feel drained but its something I felt I needed to do. So hopefully now that i really started I can keep it up.

    Hopefully over time the exercise will energize you and you'll start looking forward to it. But...I know having babies in the house can make things difficult. Best of luck! Keep trying. 10 minutes of exercise and then a nap? :)
