My husband and I decided to meet at Pizza Hut as I was leaving work but I already had planned what I was having for dinner. I was tired from working all day and really didn't feel like going but I did. When we got to PH, I did something very unusual. I looked at the menu, went onto the PH website on my cell phone and looked up nutritional value of what i might have. I removed tbe foods I had planned for dinner and entered the foods and portions that I was going to order. I STAYED WITHIN MY FOOD GOAL RANGE!! I was so pleased with myself and my husband was proud of me. What a wonderful feeling. Tracking your food really does become a habit.
