First I would like to thank all you ladies who have made such supportive and kind comments to my blog it really is so very helpful to keep me going and focused.

Yesterday was a work day( 14 hours away from home) and then straight to my son's soccer game. So home at 9pm. My husband and daughter went straight to the fridge for dinner( they had been at the soccer fields for her practice since 5 and then straight to my son's game) . So with them eating I almost followed suit!!! I took a could bites of a chicken burrito and then stopped and had a long converstation with myself, Why was I eating this?? I certainly didn't feel hungry. HOw many calories was I putting in my belly at 9pm?? wayyy to many. Why do I do this to myself?? remember the scale from this morning?? And with that the the burrito went into the trash so I couldn't go back to it. Then I wnt to grab a drink and oh look a diet coke!!! Nope I passed that up too and went for a glass of water. I felt awesome with my choices and ability to talk sense into myself.
Today I am off and provided the dentist doesn' t take forever, I will be hitting the gym to do some cycling. My foot seems to be doing better. not perfect and certainly not ready to run. But much better. I think the 15th I will be able to run
