MY power went out!! emoticon emoticon emoticon We had a HUGE HUGE HUGE wind storm with gusts to 100mph last night. boy, was that NOT fun to have the power go out at 950pm and not return till 250pm the next day. BUT it could have been worse. and thankfully my dwelling did not have a tree try to come barging in! emoticon
It was tough not getting to do my morning shakeology. its my standard meal every single day. i need a blender. you can just use powder and water i'm sure but i dont care for that flavor. i add some fruit and i like it frozen.
So that was different. I had a pb and cheese sandwich and an extra small banana instead.
I also attempted to fire up the generator we bought this summer at a pawn shop. but it turned off. and i did put gas in it. couldnt figure out whats wrong with it.
so, thankfully the power did come on and nothing spoiled in the fridge.
with all that i did still weigh-in. and i'm Down 2 pounds this week!! yeah!! :)
I can't believe its ALREADY been 6 months. I am so excited I decided to commit to changing my nutrition and get serious about getting that weight off me. i was NOT happy and I cant believe I have gone from 210 pounds to 157 pounds in 6 months. 53 pounds down. 25.24% of my weight is gone. at least 22 to go.
I know many say, i cant wait to be where you are. and I am looking forward to reaching my goal weight for once in my life. lol but yeh, if you stay determined and make more good choices than bad calorie choices, then you will be there soon too!
I still feel like I will become 210 pounds if i dont make each day count and stick to my guns as much as possible. i know it wont happen in one day but I live as if it will, because those habits only take a few times to pick up again and "excuse them away" until your right back where you started.
I eat a "cheat" or higher calorie meal, with intention, I plan for it. If it is more of a "last minute" one, i still plan in my mind for it. and get back on track with the next meals. whatever you do always ask IS IT WORTH IT?
and if your feeling like the work and the good choices arent worth it today as you read this, cause maybe the scale wasn't co-operating with YOUR weigh-in today, let me tell you, IT IS WORTH IT! KEEP STICKING TO YOUR GUNS AND KEEP MOVING IT IS WORTH IT!

I will be keeping up my determination, even though the weigh-ins may get harder now that i'm getting closer to my goal, but i know , i have this competitive spirit this time. and FAT ya better watch out! Cause I'm gonna WIN!!! emoticon emoticon

Keep on Keep'n on!!
