82 Back in business

This illness of mine is better and it is vague enough for me to get back to work today. There will be a pile of mails and stuff to look through so that is the goal for today - to organize and plan for the october edition.

A friend visited for a cup of coffee yesterday - she is going to India for a fortnight and has had a lot of work getting her visa and passport cleared by the inidan embassy... she has been a freelance ournalist for about twenty years and goes on two-three week trips about five times a year to countries Brasilia, China, India, Dubai, Chile, South Africa and does articles for Volvo and ther industrial businesses...I envy her ability to make this work, I do not envy the trips, I wonder what is wrong with me that is not at all interested in traveling...I would love to go to those places if I did not have to do the journey, I get so bored on flights, I hate to wait and drag luggage in big terminals, I hate to stand in line to check-in...I did a lot of hitch-hiking as young, I think that cured me from traveling forever.... when this friend is at home, she and her wife packs their camper and go riding around Europe...I might like that, to bring the home along....

Today´s creative project...:


I am going to act as fortuneteller and need a lot of rings to look autentic... I normally don´t wear rings and needed to make a box to keep these big ones from getting chipped. An empty cold cream bos and decor tape for hula hoops ... my hands get so heavy from those rings that it would make an extra effective arm workout using them... but I think it will be a nice effect with the tarot deck.
