did pretty good on food today. still limited on my actiivity but my positive feelings are returning. I hate it when I get like I did all last week. It seemed every which way I turned it was just hopeless. I am so glad I went to the gym twice last week otherwise I think depression would have taken it;s toll.
I can't give up or give in. Keep trudging one day at a time, one meal at a time.

    I struggle with depression as well. I find that getting out of the house does WONDERS for my mood! Way to go on exercising and eating right. That'll keep you on the right track and hopefully fend off some of that hopelessness. We're here for you either way!
