did pretty good on food today. still limited on my actiivity but my positive feelings are returning. I hate it when I get like I did all last week. It seemed every which way I turned it was just hopeless. I am so glad I went to the gym twice last week otherwise I think depression would have taken it;s toll.
I can't give up or give in. Keep trudging one day at a time, one meal at a time.
