I kid, I kid! Its been a while since I posted a blog. Its time for me to review my progress no that we're in the last quarter of the year. I'm not really happy with my pounds lost emoticon I had wanted to be down 70# at this point when I was planning my goals at the beginning of this year. Wow! I'm down about 18, but I circle around up and down a few pounds. Anyone else experience this? Of course, I have not been as consistent as I would like. Well, what matters is that I keep trying, right? I certainly have been enormously more active this year than I have been in six years! That is huge progress! I've also lost the most weight since I joined Spark People this year, so that is another victory. Fitness is a habit for me now, too, which is what I was going for. I know that is a key to lasting weight management. I'll get there; I just need to work on my consistency in my calorie range and exercise.
This month, I'm not off to a stellar start, but tomorrow is a new day with no mistakes in it. I'll meet my goals tomorrow, then the next day, then the next day. I'll build my consistency and reach my goals! I was certainly active today, so it wasn't all bad. It'll be better tomorrow emoticon
