Hmm, 2 months now and I lost 5 lbs. Guess that is okay but I thought I would be down more. And why would I think that.......since I DO NOT exercise. I need to for my health. Being sedentary is not good. My problem is that I look in the mirror and like what I see......and my motivation is non-existent. Ah...........
