September Goals

Another month of 2012 is gone. I really don't know where the months have gone? I feel off the wagon bad the last week of August. Gained back all the weight I lost during the eight weeks of the 5% Summer Challenge. Time to get back on track and stay there!!!

Biggest problem is life just got more crazy than ever. My husbands classes for the Fall have started. My classes for this Fall start this Saturday. My son starts preschool next Tuesday, if I can find him a ride during orientation :o( Thank God, I just have to get my daughter to daycare and home each day :o)

So yes, both my husband and I work full-time, both go to school, we have two small children - my son will hopefully be in school he is 4.5, and we have a daughter who is 2.5.

I just joined SparkCoach to try for the next couple of weeks, we will see if that can help me stay on track?

To get fitness in during September could be a bit of a challange, but here is what I hope to accomplish:

Month Goals
*Perfect Attendance Award for September
*Reach Level 12 (started the month at Level 11 with 4950 pts to go to level 12, and 10,050 SparkPoints total)
*Complete 1200 fitness minutes
*Reach 140 lbs, cw 148.8
*Portion my breakfast, lunch, and snacks for the work week on Sundays

Daily Goals
*Get at least 100 spark points a day
*Drink 12 glasses of water a day
*Eat 5+ fruits and veggies a day
*Stick to what I packed to eat at work (no stress vending machine eating)
*Get in 10 mins a day of cardio and 10 mins a day of strength training, if I can get more, bonus
*Walk a minimum of 3000 steps while at work each day

GO GO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
