The battle of the muffin top is on!!!!
I refuse to buy new pants because I'm too big for my ones I brought with me to Oregon. So I'm really happy this point system was an encouragement yesterday.
I even ran a mile yesterday. I hate running. But it was points so I ran :)
My goal is 25 pts each day but I got 30 so I have 5 towards my "extra credit". Shopping day I shall have you!
Drink shake= 1
Said no to a cinnamon roll and even threw the leftover 2 away= 1
(Wasting food is big for me. Gives me anxiety)
Message to accountability partners x 3= 3
Bike and run and walk calories (333)= 6
Ran a mile (ughhh I hate running)= 4
Strength training= 3
Put on makeup= 2
Track all calories= 2
Stay in cal ranges=5
And I put big points on things that take a long time or are harder for me.
Today is the boys first day of school so I forsee a long time in the gym today ;p
