I have been working on the eating when I'm not hungry and portion size of my meals. I am getting better with the eating when I'm not hungry but I am not there yet. Same with the portion size issue. Changing my way about thinking about food is helping. One blogger ( don't remember whose page I was on) said that if you change your way of thinking from I cant have that to I don't want that, you wont get that automatic craving for it. I wave been trying it and it does help a lot! When I tell myself that I cant have something, that's when I want it the most. Simply changing my way of thinking to I don't want that changes my mindset from deprivation to "eh don't want it". I will keep working at it while I try and incorporate getting more exercise and making better food choices ( not because I have to eat that but I want to eat that, trying to see if the opposite works) . emoticon
