Time wasting

My day generally starts out by hitting the snooze button a couple times mainly just because I don't want to get out of bed and because I love sleep. I would easily have a good 2 extra hours in my day if I got up right then. I'm going to try to go to bed earlier in hopes that I can get up the first time my alarm goes off.

I'm definitely an internet time waster as well. Even if I just checked Facebook 5 minutes ago, I feel the need to go back and make sure no one has posted anything new. I'm going to start using the Self-Control app again to block non-productive sites for certain time periods after I've already looked at them.

    You might find it helpful to place your clock where you have to get out of bed to turn it off.

    So many of us have done exactly what you describe here--snooze button + wasted time on line = very little success at weight loss (or anything else, for that matter.)

    Congrats for having identified your roadblocks and making the commitment to do something about both.
