Once again I am starting again. My mom always said I can "turn over a new leaf" anytime and start fresh, and that's what I am doing. Its been a while since I allowed myself to feel that hungry feeling and really listen to my body and what it needs.

Thank goodness I am hooked on exercise or the several pounds I gained may have been in the double digits. But I love to exercise, especially ZUMBA! So on to the healthy eating plan I go.

I am excited to have a fresh start, and reviewed my last post in December !! I know a long time ago - but my tips then still are good tips so here goes:

1. eat my fruit and probiotics early in the day - 2 pm comes fast in my life!

2. Late lunches are ok with me, a salad and protein or soup with protein seemed to curb my mid afternoon slump and carb craving. Plus I will eat a lighter dinner.

3. Tea is a comfort food to me, especially in the evening. It helped me go to sleep.

4. Never ever ever quit. I may get off track, but I can ALWAYS get back on track. All or nothing thinking is not my friend.
