5 lbs so hard to loose

I have decided to scale back on my way of thinking and put it back to making smaller goals and having a reason to getting to them. I need to find a way to loose the first 5 I am stuck at 200 want to get down to 195 then so on until i get to 175 so if i set my goal of 5 lbs every month that i can be at 175 by Feb.1st . Now that I know what my goal is I gotta figure out what to award myself for getting those 5 every month, Something I really want something worth working for something i just cant go out and get anytime. Something like going and doing nails hair things i dont have time for any more. Then it comes down to how I'm going to go about doing this, what kind of plan, find out which activities burn the most calorie, what will work in my favor and what is actually a waste of my time. Diets..i never can follow these i start off good writting everything down but since dax loves to tear up paper and anything else dry erase boards dont last in our house either its always a constant battle to stay one step ahead of the boy. I lost the first 25 lbs over the last yr I really dont want it to take that long again.

    1st things 1st...... set mind to the fact that this isn't a diet.... because diets fail since once you go off them you gain the weight back. This has to be a lifestyle change. So make changes that you know that you can live with....that includes on the exercise front.
