Here are three good things that have happened today (and its not even 1 pm yet!)
1/ I got 7 1/2 hours of solid sleep last night. What a nice thing, to wake up feeling refreshed, not exhausted.
2/ I got in both a yoga and a cardio workout this morning, and I'm ready to head out for an hour's walk. Its good to have time to be active on a Sunday.
3/ My cookies and salad for today's party were finished last night, so no prep to do - I just have to pack the car and go! Being organized is awesome. :)
