Back on track and making a difference for September .

Had a pretty good day yesterday. Walked for 45 minutes and although I went over on my food, I tracked everything and still had -245 calorie differential. Since yesterday was the first, I decided I am going to do some kind of physical activity each and every day. Day 2 and I am well on my way. It's great to start out on a long weekend because I have 3 days to get my routine in place before the stress of work kicks in and tries to sabotage my plan.
