It is my understanding that the egg yolk is FULL of vitamins, minerals and all things good - INCLUDING the fat in them too. I think eggs are very healthy. I eat at least one egg (in my smoothies in the morning) every day and oftentimes egg salad or an omelet or something later in the day.
They say that eggs are one of natures most perfect foods out there (and I tend to believe that personally). I've always eaten a lot of eggs - it's my "go to" when I don't know what else to fix.
The blog was written on 2/1912. The blogger planned to eat 2-3 eggs per day for 2 months. During that time he planned to blog about his experiences. At the end of two months he would assess his weight, get blood tests and see if lean body mass changed. Scary that he never updated his blog. One wonders if he had unsatisfactory results he didn't want to share. The question remains...are egg yolks healthy? 2833 days ago
