My sister gave me a Yononas machine for my birthday and I just tried it. I used two frozen bananas, 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract and 1 tsp cocoa powder. Yummy! I'm excited to try frozen strawberries and other fruit combinations. I don't like sweets too often but this will fit the bill. I was contemplating stealing one of my Dad's DQ dilly bars but thought I'd try this thing out!
Dilly bar has 240 calories and 11 grams of fat and 110 mg sodium. this had 226 calories and 1 gram of fat and 1.7 mg sodium! It has a lot of carbs but I'm planning for it. Next time I think I only need one banana which will cut this in half. Tastes great! Glad to have a healthier option when the ice cream urge hits!

    Much better choice than the dilly bar! Remember your treat had fiber in it too, which will offset those carbs a bit. Great job handling your sweets craving!
