Well weigh in today went well, I'm still not in "one-derland" but I'm closer. I feel good. I worked out more this week, I stepped up my workouts from 30 minutes to 40, and I tried to track EVERYTHING I ate. I have this nasty habit of.... "if I don't write it down, then I didn't really eat it" so I have wrote everything down. I'm waiting for my order of Alli to arrive, I'm hoping maybe that will help amp things up a bit. I've just got to get over this hump. I will be soooooo happy to see 199 on the scale again. The end of this month is my husband's and my 17th anniversary. I want to be smaller when we go out to celebrate. And I will be.
