1st Post - The Beginning

Hi! I'm Kathryn, and I don't know how much I weigh exactly because I don't weigh myself. I'd estimate 137 pounds. However, I want to be slim me at 110 pounds. I'm bad at sticking with programs. However, I am trying to go on the Sparkdiet. But anywho, today I am going to a British pub. I'm going to try to make healthy-ish food choices. I'll write a post about what I ate or whatever.

    Welcome.!! Just take every day just one day at a time. It's more of a healthy life style change than diet and sometimes it will be one step forward be two steps back. It's just important to keep the baby steps going forward. emoticon
