Ok folks - this may be a record! Two blogs in one week! DIANEDOESSMILES is going to have a heart attack! LOL emoticon

A couple of weeks ago I joined the SparkCoach Team. What a difference it seems to be making. One on one help if I need it, daily videos with plenty of tips, check-ins for myself, and lots of great info. What more could anyone ask right.

I will admit that I can be a sceptic about anything that sounds to good to be true. But I was at the point where I was stuck. My goals flew out the window after the fire and my life was almost to the point being chaotic it was sooo hectic. I needed something to help me refocus and get back on track. It seems like at just the right time, Spark Guy and his wonderful team offered something new.

First thing I needed to do was to reset my goals and where I wanted to go. Following the formula for the 5% Challenges (in 8 weeks) , I set my goals just a bit lower using 2.5% every 4 or more weeks. I have been planning my meals in advance, and the other day I almost completed a 5K!

This morning I weighed in and I lost - - - 1.2 pounds this week!!!! emoticon Out the window it went. It may not seem like alot, but if you think about it from the point of being stuck since March 21, it's huge. I am sitting here grinning like a Cheshire Cat.

And the strangest thing happened the other day when I was out for the 2.8 mile walk - I got a wolf whistle! It totally blew my mind. Had my body changed that much and how come I hadn't noticed? So I called my parents and asked them if they had noticed the change and what had happened. My dad cracked up laughing and asked where I had been (guys my dad's age typically don't notice these things). Of course there were changes, I just wasn't paying attention or they had been so subtle I hadn't noticed.

Soo, 1.2 pounds down and an undisclosed amount left. emoticon
