Always Follow Your 1st Mind

Saturday, September 01, 2012

To say I'm frustrated would be a severe understatement. I was coerced by my mom/my kids to come to Orlando. I didn't wanna go for a few reasons but nonetheless I gave in against my better judgment and I've been regretting it ever since. I'm trying to remain positive but, everyone is snipping at each other and I need a stiff drink.

There's something to be said about your first mind however what is done is done. Don't beat yourself up. Family matters are tough. Crying and releasing some tension is one way, as well as taking the time to walk and clear your head, even squeezing in some time to close your eyes and visualize what you need to have going on in your life and to make it happen. Stay strong. emoticon

Thanks Orange. I normally let the small things roll off my back but it seemed like from the beginning of the trip up until earlier today there's been problem after problem. I haven't had that drink yet but I just had a good cry and just broke down. I felt so much better afterward and my day turned out real good. Thankfully it's almost over and I'll be back home some.

    Thanks Again,

Sorry you are frustrated it's hard to please everyone. Maybe you could do some alone time or do something the kids are doing you haven't done in years. Be a kid again. I don't know if you are being funny but the last line made me laugh. So be happy you made my day brighter and that deserves a pat on the back. I live up in N.Y. upstate and it's hazy and humid and will probably rain. Have fun in the sun and hang in there.
