Making my short term goals

I found out it really does help to wear sexy pjs to bed to help you lose weight. I go by affirmations and say I will do this and I will do that. I say like, "I will get down to 200 lbs." or "I will clean the house." or "I will take a shower and exercise." I go by things in my life like seize the day and life is what you make of it.

    I agree! Nothing beats a "just do it" attitude. Every day this week (my first week, by the way) I promised myself that I would exercise at least 15 minutes and track everything I ate, with a goal of 3 pounds lost this first week. Hopped on the scale this am and darned if I didn't lose 5 pounds!!!!!
