I can do anything for one semester. ;)

This week has been a good one for exercise, but bad for eating. If cookies and ice cream didn't exist I would be doing a lot better! :( But biking to school has been going great. In fact, I prefer it! There is some construction going on at school and parking is a nightmare. Yesterday I only had one class and had a bunch of errands to run, so I decided to just drive there. So yeah, biking definitely trumps driving!!!

Anyway, starting right now I'm going to do better on food! I've been good about making sure I get green vegetables and fruits and whole grains and enough water, but the mindless eating in between has crept its way into my life. I'm going to keep a bottle of water at my computer, so I won't forget to have that instead of junk. Last night we went to a HS football game with the kids, and I ate too much popcorn. Hopefully today I can rein it in. We are going to Peoria for a x-country meet, so I'd better pack some healthy food to take with me.
