So... Back to Sparking

Well I weighed myself and have managed to put on an amazing 14 pounds! I am so cross with myself, seeing where my tracker is, is very disheartening. BUT it has made me aware that if I log food, exercise and Spark then it keeps me on track so at least I know what I have to do.
So as from Monday when school begins again, it will be back to tracking ALL food, exercing where possible and not drinking beer and wine each night.
It is not rocket science so fingers crossed I can hit this hard and loose those extra pounds fast.
