I am so proud of myself. I set a goal to walk 50 miles this month and I far exceeded that at 61.62 miles. This is thanks in part to Wii's Walk It Out game which was my July reward, but took forever to arrive from Amazon. However, I am dreading tomorrow's weigh-in because this week I have had social events with not so good food. My first mini-goal was to weigh 180 pounds by Labor Day, but I think I may not quite reach that goal in time due to my overindulging. I am not going to fret too much because I have lost quite a bit of weight and I kept up my fitness this week even though I was busy.

My goals for September are to reach 1,800 fitness minutes including walking 65 miles and to lose 5 pounds by the end of the month.
