I was afraid but i did it

I delivered my second baby gril from 8 weeks , i was waiting since my delivery day this day when i start my workouts again with the same motivation , althought i was tired in my pregnancy and had a lot of problems and i stopped exercises from m 7nth mnth , i started the last week walking and jogging 30-40mn daily , but my fav was 30 days shred and all jillian micheals workouts, today i was pushing my self to start the circuit training level 1 or at least just try it to check my level , i was astonished with my body m when i just started doing it as if my body restored its memory and i did all the level ,and i felt great after i finished
so there is always a way and ability for change but if we just listened to our bodies and whats is really good for us .
