Another month has gone by..... Lets see how I did with my goals!


emoticon Keep pushing through the workouts that my trainer set up for me and working on Insanity.

I worked my butt off in August. Upping my weights at the gym, fitting in Insanity workouts, and getting out for runs and long bike rides. I made it past 2000 fitness minutes for the month. (2,095 to be exact!) Can't wait to get started on next months minutes!!!!


emoticon Continue to work on my inner self health.

Going from emoticon to emoticon...... I have struggled so much with inside demons that these counseling session are really paying off. I am feeling more at peace with how my family treats me and knowing that I am being the best person I can be. I can't change others but I can change myself. And I am going to live a healthy happy life because of it!



emoticon Bike to my kids events!

BLAH.... is all I can say about this one. I had the best intentions but it just never worked out. Whether if it was the weather that was pushing me to use the car or just being plain too busy. Having football and soccer going on is very draining. Luckily soccer season is almost over but then we have basketball starting up. Never a dull moment......


emoticon Pick out paint samples...

FAIL.... I never got around to the paint samples. BUT! I made a huge dent in my purging project. I moved around a few things too and cleared out some clutter. I have faith that the painting will be done this fall.


emoticon Getting the kiddos ready for school.

The kids are all set for school to start on Tuesday, September 4. I can't wait to get back to routines!


emoticon Read New Moon with my Twilight Challenge team.

I will be finishing up New Moon tonight since I only have 2 chapters left. This book is always a fast read because I just never seem to be able to put it down. I tried to stick to reading just one chapter per night but that didn't really happen.
