1st Day Tracking

I decided that since this site is full of useful tools, that I might as well try and use some of them.
I started using Spark Coach, and today was the first day that I tracked my food. With everything that I ate today I only ate 645 calories, but I had 73grms of protein! According to my surgeon's office, I should be getting in 800-1000 calories a day, so I guess I need to try and eat more.
I know Im not going to get my fluids in, I think that by the time that I go to bed, I will be at 24 oz and I need at least 48...64 is best.
I even tracked my excersize! I burned 377 calories today :)
Can't wait til Tuesday when I see my MD, hopefully they can give me some ideas on how to work with all of this.
