17 Day Diet Cycle 2 day 5

Day 5 already! Going fast!
I found it hard to eat as much as I should today.
Today I had 2 eggs, cottage cheese with blueberries, a garden salad with chicken, chicken leg with carrots, roasted brussel spouts and zucchini. my lemon water, a coffee.
I didn't have my 2nd fruit or probiotic. So I'll have a yogurt later. I can't remember if I had green tea. I must make some right away! I'm usually right on with the liquids.
I think I'm just getting a little stressed about our trip. I have a lot to do and I really want to stay on track with my food. Thankfully most grocery stores have a lot of prepared health salad etc now that will help me stay focused.
