The benefit of planning

I hear it all the time but for the first time today I truly believe it. I went to throw something together for lunch, and thought I was doing pretty good. Grabbed my laptop and started to enter what I was planning to have..... oops! Not so good! I was able to literally cut in half what I had out to put together and saved myself entirely too many calories!
