One small machine.....one large leap for my eating plan

This is an OMG Pistachio part two. My first attempt at making vegan pistachio ice cream was using soy milk. Today, I used plain soy yogurt . I am in heaven. And the only things in this recipe are the yogurt, some pistachio nuts, splenda, and pistachio extract. This is the ice cream I remember as a kid. AND it fits into my eating plan. Eating healthy does taste good!!!
