Bob's Inside Out Day 1 Week 1

Yesterday I started Coach Nicole's 28 Day Bootcamp, I went to do day 2 today and quickly realized I was not feeling challenged. Plus she adds steps like grapevine in, so there she loses me. I am a spaz. I rather lift barbells then try to step and turn.
So I flipped on over to Bob's Inside Out. They have me sweating and pushing myself. I have the schedule on my computer for access too.
Side note; anyone else ever yawn excessively when working out? I have fatigue issues.. so.. It's not like I'm bored by any means.. hate the yawning.
