Couch to 5k! Day 2. :)

So, I just started the C25k program on Monday (I should have made the blog entry then, but I didn't think of it)! I found some music that had the intervals already made so it was easy to track my time. On day one I mixed up my intervals and was running when I should have been walking, so I worked a lil bit harder than I was meant to, not a bad thing! :)

Day 2 went smoothly, my dog was loving it! She's a Boxer with more energy than I've had in my entire life.. COMBINED!! hehe She gets even more hyped up when I'm running too. She isn't used to her humans moving that fast! My thighs are kind of sore when I squat down, but nothing I can't handle. I'm happy my feet aren't hurting, since they like to give me grief sometimes!

So far I'm really excited to continue this program! I break a little sweat but I'm not "Ohmygod I'm gonna die!" lol we'll see how I feel next week!

I found another running program on this site, but the intervals were entirely different. I thought it was the same thing until I read it more closely. I wonder which one is "better"? The 90/60 seconds of C25k or the 4minute/1minute of the Spark version? :o I would like to try both to compare, but right now I'll stick with the C25k just because I have the music set to its intervals already. I love that the warmup song on it is from Mama Mia too! Instant winner there! :D
