I DID IT!!!!!!!!

I don't know what i'm doing but here goes.... I just walked 1/2 mile and it felt good. First time i have felt good about something i have done in a while. I want to keep this up i am so ready to get on with my NEW LIFE.

Have a question i tried to use the fitness tracker and was very confused. Any help would be appreciated. I'm checking out this site and not so sure about some things.

My birthday is sept. 22 and i have set a goal to lose 5lbs by then.

Well don't know if this is right but oh well.

    Thank you for stopping by my blog, it encourages me when others know what I am attempting to do. I have a bit of trouble with the fitnes link as well. But I am only logging my steps right now so I just enter the number of steps each evening. Once I get other fitness I will probably have to do some more figuring. Yesterday I spent 2 hrs trying to enter a recipe and I totally could not get it. My ranch dressing turned out to be like 900 calories for 1 teaspoon. There are videos under one of the links but I cannot remember which one. I have not found fitness video yet. But Hang in there we will all do this together.You have made the hardest step to make, and that is to finally stop resisting and give in to accepting change no matter what it is, then nothing can stop you.

    Congratulations!! I'm not sure of the new fitness tracker myself.... I'm still using the old one.
