I’ve joined Spark Coach for the free 2 weeks and then did the 99 cent month. I needed something to get me motivated again and that is just what it is doing.

This is one of the screens that we fill out every day. I started out not doing very good but the last couple of days I did 4 on everything. That is so gratifying. I love being able to post uplifting information in the highlights. Now I want to start checking off 5’s. It is making a big difference in what I am eating. I enjoy exercising and have been picking that up too.
We are going to visit family for Christmas and my goal is to loose 6-8 pounds by then. Before joining I was doing good to loose 1/2 to 1 pound a month. I know that I can do this.
