Spark Coach

I’ve joined Spark Coach for the free 2 weeks and then did the 99 cent month. I needed something to get me motivated again and that is just what it is doing.

This is one of the screens that we fill out every day. I started out not doing very good but the last couple of days I did 4 on everything. That is so gratifying. I love being able to post uplifting information in the highlights. Now I want to start checking off 5’s. It is making a big difference in what I am eating. I enjoy exercising and have been picking that up too.

We are going to visit family for Christmas and my goal is to loose 6-8 pounds by then. Before joining I was doing good to loose 1/2 to 1 pound a month. I know that I can do this.

    I did it, too, Yvonne - for the same reason:-) I will admit that I haven't done so well this week - but it's the first time in my life I've had FOUR doctor's appointments in one week and I'm also working extra to make up the work time lost. I feel like I'm drowning - it shows me that I REALLY have to get some good habits set up to take care of me, whether I have a lot going on or not.

    Woo Hoo!!! We CAN do it. I look forward to you being down those pounds by Christmas!

    Yvonne -Hope the SparkCoach is a great motivator for you! I signed up for the 2 week trial too - did great for the first three days - then the weekend came and it just wasn't a habit at that point. Guess I better get back on to finish the last 4 days of the trial period.
