Eat enough!

I have not been eating enough. I need to plan my meals better. I was feeling pretty funky yesterday so I decided today I would eat more and I do feel better. It's not like me to not eat all my calories, but lately my schedule has made it such that I don't end up eating enough because I get busy and then I run out of day. Better planning will help for sure AND making myself stop what I'm doing to eat. If I'm really busy I don't feel hungry and don't want to stop what I'm doing. I know better. Maybe I'll set an alarm on my phone...
