One of my many green smoothie recipes

1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup non fat milk or unsweetened almond milk
1/4 - 1/2 cup non fat greek plain yogurt (or any flavor you like)
1 TBL spoon creamy natural peanut butter (or nutbutter)
1/4 cup dry quick oats
3/4 cup water or more (add more if you need it to blend better)

Blend above till smooth

Add 2 cups fresh baby spinach (frozen or unfrozen)
Blend till smooth.

I usually will add 1 serving of vanilla whey protein powder but I am out
