Weigh in day Aug 28th - Upper Body workout

Weigh in day wasn't much of a surprise. Very little weight change. However, I truly feel I am getting stronger and since I'm working with Donna, she records everything, so we know where I have been and where I am today. She had me do a pace that I can maintain on the treadmill for 30 minutes and then started messing with speed that I was going in intervals. It wasn't a lot of fun, but I got through it and if you had told me I could have done this 4 months ago, I would have said you were nuts. I was doing a 5.5mph no incline pace and she would bump it up to 6mph for a couple minutes, back down to 5.5 for a few and then up to 8. We did this for 30 minutes, so that is an accomplishment.

I don't have measurement day for a couple weeks yet, so I'll anxiously wait for that to come along, since that seems to be where I am going to be seeing the differences moreso than in weight.

The other highlight to today's workout was that she did a upper body weight workout and we'll do the lower body on Thursday. I haven't had a workout like that in quite some time, so that was kind of fun. I'm sure I'll be feeling it tomorrow and Thursday.
