With the stress of everything going on, I am sooooo not feeling it. Trying to kick myself into gear and get things together, as it is only 46 days until my wedding!!!

    Well we all feel this way. We all need a kick in the pants ever so often. One thing I would encourage you to do is commit. Of course u know about commitment. Marriage is a commitment. However, we sometimes don't use the definition of commitment to our workout routine. I dare you to begin to set up your weekly workout schedule and daily look at what you're scheduled to do and then do it! LOL! I've been using this method for tracking and scheduling my workout and its helped me to commit to exercise and Healthy Living. Because I've set the schedule, I'm more likely to keep the schedule. This just may work for you too. Try it! Commit to exercise!

    Stress can be so demotivating.

    Start small - Could you do just one thing better today, like 10 minutes of walking, or a few sets of strength training?

    All of the little things can really add up!
