(Random thoughts since I am a bit tired right now.)

*First day of school was great today! I felt as prepared as I could be, and the students were well-behaved. No red flags yet, so that's always a positive sign.

*I made the mistake of getting on the scale after eating pizza and while I have my period. I am at the heaviest I have been in the past 4 years. Puke. I believe a lot is water weight from both the pizza and the period.

*I did Aqua Zumba yesterday and regular Zumba today. Have I mentioned how much I LOVE Zumba? Seriously, a lot.

*I signed up for the program Lots of Laps today. It starts next Tuesday, and will be Tues and Thurs. It's a lap swimming program with 2 coaches. I am so excited to have someone pushing me when I swim. I typically do about a mile every time I swim laps, so I'm hoping it's something comparable.

*Now that I have signed up for that, I will be working out every week in a planned/pre-paid class Mon-Thur nights.

*I am sore. A good sore, but sore.

Time for bed! (possibly another reason that I have not been losing weight- anxiety and being unable to sleep due to the start of the school year.)
