Things are looking up! I did an ok job with eating today. At my job, there was taco quiche on the lunch menu today. I used to PIG OUT on this stuff during lunch time! Today, to make sure I didn't eat a bunch of it, I didn't have ANY. My willpower is something that is not quite up to par yet (hence why I am on this site!)
I notice that I do amazing on a healthy diet and exercise program for 2 weeks then BOOM, I give up and binge eat EVERYTHING! The other day, I ate 3 corn dogs, a bowl of frozen chocolate/vanilla yogurt, and most of a box of Special K cracker chips. Then I get mad with myself and just give up. The next day, I think I am on the right track, until noon, then, once again, binge eating!!
Losing weight is the HARDEST thing that I have ever tried to do! I've tried Weight Watchers, Slim Fast, the Mayo Clinic Diet, I have gone to a nutritionist and nothing seems to get me there! WHAT DO I DO?!?!?
Any tips on how to keep on track would be great!
