Consistency is the Key

I'm only a few weeks into my journey to get healthy and the road blocks are a plenty...tiredness, lethargy...you name it...it has been thrown in my path these past three weeks. I heard a great quote a while back..."If you want your tomorrows to be different you have to do something different today". That stuck with me. I may not see any miraculous changes so far, but I believe that if I am consistent I WILL see a change in the weeks and months to come. I must not give up...change will come if I am faithful to eat properly and exercise to the best of my ability. :)
